TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY


You have TWO (2) WEEKS from the start of classes during Spring and Fall semesters and THREE (3) DAYS from the start of Intersession and Summer terms (regardless of purchase date) to receive a full refund on textbooks.


  • New textbooks must be free of all markings
  • Textbooks wrapped in plastic cannot be returned once opened
  • Textbooks containing software cannot be returned once software is opened
  • ALL special order sales are final!
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable!

If you need to return a book purchased online and live outside of Morehead, you may ship the books back to the University Bookstore. You must include in the box a copy of your receipt, a phone number that we can reach you at, a note explaining the return.
Be sure to write on the box ATTN: Denise before you ship.

You are responsible for any shipping fees involved with the return of your textbooks and these fees will not be refunded.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY


All returns must be accompanied by a cash register receipt or online order invoice. All merchandise, technology merchandise or textbook returns are subject to management approval.


GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURNS

  • Merchandise is returnable for up to two weeks from purchase date.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
  • No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items, trade books, course packets, test preps, special orders, or study aids.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable!

COMPUTER MERCHANDISE

  • Computer hardware deemed defective must follow the manufacturer 's warranty process
  • Defective software can be exchanged for the same title within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.


ONLINE ORDERING INFORMATION


Shipping charges are non-refundable!
Please note all orders for Morehead State University Bookstore merchandise placed after 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday will not be processed until business hours on the following Monday – this includes all shipping methods (UPS ground, 2nd Day Air, Overnite, etc…).This may extend to Tuesday depending upon the volume of orders that have been placed over the weekend.

Always allow 24 to 48 hours of processing time from the start of the next business day from when you place your order for your order to process.

(NOTE: 2nd Day Air is TRANSIT time from when the order leaves the store after the order is processed.)
