ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS


You have two ways of selecting your textbooks and course materials:
- Registrar Link
- Manual Selection


Using Registrar Link




  • Sign in using your MSU ID (ex. M1234567)
  • Click on Student Planning



  • Click on Go to Plan & Schedule



  • Click on Get All My Course Books and Materials



  • A new page will open to the University Store with all of your Books and Course Materials preloaded.
  • Click on Add to Cart for each item you would like to purchase.
  • Click on Continue Checkout.
  • A new page will open and show all items added to your cart.
  • Click on Continue Checkout.
  • Click on the Order Update Action and choose your action.

In the event the instructor changes the materials for your course, how would you like us to update your order?


  • Do Not Add to Order: Any addition course materials will NOT be added.
  • Add All Materials: All additional course materials will be added.
  • Add Only Required: Only materials listed as required will be added.

  • Click on Payment Options

Sign in with your University Store account. Your my.moreheadstate.edu account will not sign you in.

You may need to register an account.

If it says your email is already registered, please recover your password.

You may click the link to see what items in your cart will be covered by your Student Account. You will pay with your Student Account later in the checkout process

Choose one of the following options or click Continue to Checkout if you have digital only items:




  • Make sure your billing address is correct. If you are paying by credit card, this must match the cardholder's information exactly as it appears on the card's account.
  • Click Continue
  • The items on your order will be listed as well as your delivery method.

You will be taken to the Payment Options screen.

  • - If paying by credit card, fill in your information.
  • - If paying with your Student Account, click on the drop down menu to change your payment type to choose your Morehead State Student Account.
  • Click Submit Order
  • A new screen will show with your order number.
  • You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
  • When your order has been processed, you will receive a second email.

Manual Selection of Textbooks

  • Click on Textbooks in the menu.
  • Click on the Order Textbooks Online button.

You are now on the Select Term and Departments page

  • The current Term will be defaulted to. If you need to select another term, click the down arrow next to the current term and select another term.
  • Select the "Department" your course is in.
  • Select the "Section" of your course. Not all sections use the same book!
You may add one or all of your desired courses.
  • Click on "View Your Materials".
  • Select the course materials you desire by clicking "Add to Cart".
Used text books are subject to availability.
Any rental books will be listed with the New and Used prices.

  • Click on Continue Checkout.
  • A new page will open and show all items added to your cart.
  • Click on Continue Checkout.
  • Click on the Order Update Action and choose your action.
